The wedding cake is one of my favorite cakes to work on. I enjoy every minute of it, from meeting with the couple and learning about the theme of their wedding, the event location and colors of decorations, to sketching, designing, baking and decorating.
This gallery provides you with some examples of my work - fondant cakes and buttercream . I love to experiment with colors, different shapes, painting, unique piping, brush embroidery, pearls, and of course, showy handmade gumpaste flowers. I beleive that each wedding cake should be unique and a reflection of your desires. I always welcome your ideas.
